ISO/IEC 20000-1:2005 and ISO 9001:2008 certifications for Kabtel dooel Skopje

KABTEL dooel Skopje is one of the first companies in Macedonia to obtain ISO/IEC 20000-1:2005 IT Service Management certification, on 21.06.2010. In addition, the company also obtained  ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System certification.

In the last few years, KABTEL dooel Skopje developed into a modern and innovative company, which is confirmed with the Quality Management System certification, a solid proof that KABTEL can supervise and improve all processes within its business activities, and they are an integral part of the entire policy of the company. KABTEL dooel, as a leader in the IT products and services, undertakes a long-term commitment to provide a high-quality products and services offered to its customers. The policy of the quality system represents a framework for implementation and review of the determined objectives and principles through the Management System Policy.

KABTEL dooel commits itself, in the future, to maintaining and improving continually the quality system and thus meeting the requirements under the ISO 9001:2008 standard, for the purpose of increasing the satisfaction of its customers.

In order to fulfill successfully the objectives set, we are one of the first companies in Macedonia to implement and maintain a services management system, based on the requirements under ISO/IEC 20000-1:2005, focusing on continuous improvement of services.

Our mission is to assist the customers in creating values and assurance by providing continuous delivery of quality services. It is what we achieve through the Services Improvement Policy.
